Here lately I've been stalking the kitchen of a OKC food blogger. First it was no knead bread, this weekend it is lemons. So on tonight menu, compliments of the online cook, was - salad with lemon dressing (4 lemons, 1 cup olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt), pasta with a yogurt based cream sauce (whole plain yogurt, lemon juice & zest, parsley, garlic and olive oil) and baked cod (lemon, salt and pepper).

After discovering this recipe on a local food blogger's site, I trekked around all afternoon Saturday trying to find an inexpensive dutch oven for my first attempt at making bread. Ended up buying two different sizes - a smaller one for bread and a larger for dishes like stews, soups and pot roast. This bread is easy to make, taste super good and worth the 18+ hour wait.
