This kid-focused itinerary is a good weekend getaway in NW Arkansas.
Day 1: Start your day at the Titanic Museum, a unique experience that offers a glimpse into the tragic history of the Titanic. Make your way towards Fayetteville on the Pig Trail Scenic Route, and consider stopping by the Onyx Cave. This natural wonder is home to sparkling stalactites and stalagmites, as well as a range of other geological formations. End your day in Fayetteville with a visit to the Arkadia Retrocade for a trip back in time with vintage arcade games. For dinner, choose between Hammontree's Grilled Cheese or Pesto Cafe.
Day 2: Start with breakfast at Little Bread Company before heading to Wilson Park and the Wilson Park Castle. Explore the local Farmers Market before making your way to Fayetteville's historic downtown square and gardens. Grab a burger for lunch at Hugo's and then take in the beauty of the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. Dickson Street is the perfect spot to browse through the Dickson Street Book Shop and explore Fayetteville's Funky Flea Market.
